为保障电梯安全有效运行，操作人员应掌握下列规范：

1. 杂物电梯应由称职人员使用

2. 严禁人员进入杂物电梯轿厢

3. 机房应保持干燥

4. 机房内及各厅门门口需提供足够的照明

5. 底坑不得有积水

6. 杂物电梯轿厢、厅门及门套应定期进行清洁，否则可能产生腐蚀

7. 清洁前应切断一切与电梯有关的电源

8. 清洁过程中应防止水或异物进入电梯井道

9. 厅门滑道应进行经常清洁，不允许残留异物

10. 每日运行前应对电梯进行检查，确保无异味及异常声响

11. 当结束一天工作时，应将轿厢停至下端站或基站

12. 当电梯出现故障时，应立即停止使用，并由称职的维修人员及时进行修理

13. 切勿短活安全回路任何环节

14. 三角钥匙、电锁钥匙、机房及控制柜钥匙应由专职人员保管

15. 电梯未离开本层时，因此试图再选本层是无效的

16. 切勿尝试电梯运行当中开启厅门

17. 电梯按钮应避免油污，以防按钮粘连影响电梯使用

18. 不可用硬质棒料代替按动按钮

19. 不可敲击电梯任何部件

20. 开、关各层厅、轿门时应动作要轻

21. 轿厢不得超载

22. 物品进入轿厢时，应保证厅门完全打开，以防厅门变形或损坏

23. 装载物品时，应将物品完全放入轿厢，以防损坏物品或设备

24. 装载物品时，应避免用力撞击轿厢任何部分

25. 电梯使用完毕后应及时关闭厅门，以免影响其它楼层的使用
